Body Construction provides safe, effective, and efficient exercise instruction to our clients. We conduct private workouts with individual clients in a clinically controlled environment using state of the art exercise equipment and adherence to the SuperSlow® protocol. Due to the intensity and super slow nature of our workouts, and the effectiveness that results, our clients only workout once or twice a week! So, you get the best results in shorter workouts that are less frequent than traditional resistance training. We feature the only Avenger Leg Press in the Atlanta area which is currently used by six NFL teams along with physical therapy centers and eventually many health clubs. We also use several pieces of low friction equipment which allows less stress on the joints and smoother movements. We also give you nutritional guidance to help you obtain maximum results in a shorter time.

 

Advantages of SuperSlow® over traditional resistance training in a gym:


Raises the heart-rate for a cardio-vascular as well as muscular workout!

*You don't need additional aerobic exercise because the constant rebuilding of your muscles requires lots of energy from your body. Your body actually burns more calories while at rest during this rebuilding process (in between your SuperSlow® workouts) than during aerobic exercise!
